KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Jackson Jaha’s list of accolades continue as the Lewis-Clark State sophomore was voted the NAIA National Baseball Player of the Week. He is the first LC State Baseball player to earn the honor since Luke White in 2022.

Jaha had an insane weekend at the plate with a .750 batting average, .778 on-base percentage and 1.688 slugging percentage. The sophomore had seven extra-base hits with four home runs and three doubles and had multiple hits in each of the four games. Jaha drove in 10 runs and scored 11. He was retired only five times in 18 plate appearances and totaled 27 bases and became the 13th Warrior in program history to hit three home runs in a game on Sunday.

The Portland native is currently second in the NAIA in batting average (.526), third in on-base percentage (.609) and seventh in slugging percentage (.912). He is at the top in the Cascade Conference in all three categories and leads LC State in home runs this season with five.
