11th Avenue will be closed for much of tomorrow. Avista Utilities is doing infrastructure work along the hillside, between Snake River Ave and Prospect, and will have to close the road to do it. They start at 5am and will be done at 4pm. They’ll be replacing power poles as part of a City of Lewiston road project. Some residents in the area may be without power for a short period of time. If you’re going to be affected, you should have already been notified.
