Thain Grade will be closed for a short period this morning. The road will be closed both directions between Stewart at the top and the uppermost entrance to Home Depot. It will be from about 8:45 to 9:45 this morning. The closest detour is to take Juniper Drive down the hill, just east of Thain.
City of Lewiston crews found that last week’s rain loosened several large rocks from the cliff face. They’ll be removing them during the closure.
