The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for southeast Washington and much of north-central Idaho starting last night. Up to 2 inches of rain may fall in some places by tonight, leading to quickly-rising rivers and streams.
The Watch runs through Saturday afternoon, and is in effect for Nez Perce, Latah, Clearwater, and Lewis counties in Idaho and Asotin, Garfield, and Whitman counties in Washington.
