Someone drove into the Happy Time Weed Dispensary outside of Pullman. The Whitman County Sheriff’s Office reports at 2:20 this morning their deputies responded with Pullman Police officers because of an alarm at the store.
The alarm company reported a break-in and confirmed someone had been in the building. A press release from the Sheriff’s Office says deputies found a vehicle inside the business that had been driven through the front wall.
They searched the building and nearby area, but didn’t find any suspects. Investigators believe the alarm and rapid law-enforcement response likely “deterred the suspects from remaining on scene.”
Initial reports say only a “minimal amount of inventory was stolen.” The business is still doing a full inventory assessment.
