The gap is widening between the “yes” and “no” votes for the recent election results in Asotin County. The Clarkston School District’s replacement programs and operations levy was originally passing by more than 58%. The elections department at the Auditor’s office counted more ballots last night that came in closer to the deadline of Tuesday night. The levy is now passing with more than 59% of the vote.
The overall turnout is 35% of registered voters.
