The Lewiston Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire at 816 10th Avenue just after 3 a.m. this (Wed) morning.
According to a news release, when crews arrived on scene they found light smoke in the residence and an extinguished fire in the basement. There were no injuries reported.
The department responded with 3 structural engines, 3 Medic Units, 3 Chief Officers and 1 Fire Investigator totaling 19 personnel. Clarkston Fire also responded as part of an auto aid agreement.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
The estimated damage to the structure and contents is $10,000.
