A man died in a Thursday night accident in Lewiston. Just after 11:30pm, Lewiston Police and Fire were dispatched to the 2900 block of Juniper Driver for a single vehicle crash.
A press release from the LPD says officers found a Saturn Vue had been southbound on Juniper Drive. The vehicle left the road and hit a tree. Emergency medics treated 49-year-old Jack Caldwell and took him to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, but he died from his injuries.
The LPD says the investigation is ongoing by the Major Collision Investigation Team.
