Friday afternoon an Idaho County deputy saw a vehicle in a pullout off Highway 95 near Grangeville. A release from the department says deputies stopped to see if the occupants needed assistance. It goes on to say upon walking up the vehicle, deputies saw the driver ingesting what appeared to be “controlled substances.”
30-year-old Khari Haynes, of Salt Lake City, was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, felony concealment of evidence, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
