In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, there will be no garbage, recycling or yard waste collection services in Lewiston on Thursday. If the regular collection for your household is on Thursday, it will occur one day later.
The Lewiston Transfer Station and Clearwater Composting will also be closed on Thanksgiving Day.
Yard waste, in the green cart and plastic bags, will continue to be collected weekly in November and December, then switch to collection on the 1st collection day of each month during the months of January and February.
