Power is going out Thursday night for some Idaho County Light & Power customers. They’re planning the power outage to improve their outage response times by adding some new equipment to the line feeding the White Bird area and customers south and west of White Bird.
It affects White Bird, Lucile, John Day, Slate Creek, Doumecq, and Joseph Plains. The outage is Thursday night from 10pm-midnight. If you’re going to be affected, you should get a call that may show up on your caller ID as “spam” or “unknown”.
