Moscow High School Volleyball coach Kacey Halbert has been named the 2025 Inland Empire League Volleyball Coach of the Year after leading the Bears to the Idaho State 5-A Tournament.
Two of Halbert’s top players – Jacqueline Williams and Jessa Skinner – were named to the All-League squad.
Lewiston’s Ella Vanhorn was named the league’s Defensive Player of the Year and Bengal junior Avery Balmer joined her as an All-League selection.
