Ronald Lee Emerson was arrested yesterday (Tues) for failing to register as a sex offender at his address. Just after 7pm, Idaho County deputies went to a home in Kooskia to check on Emerson. A press release from the Idaho County Sheriff says they were advised by the Idaho Sex Offender Registry that he had failed to respond to his quarterly verification letter confirming his current address and information. During contact with Emerson, deputies confirmed he hadn’t complied with the sex offender requirements.
