Kooskia Man Faces Drug Charges Following Probation Visit

A Kooskia man is facing drug charges after a probation visit.

According to an Idaho County Sheriff’s Department social media post, last Thursday at around 11:00 am, an Idaho County deputy accompanied an Idaho County Misdemeanor Probation Officer on a home compliance check on a probationer in Kooskia.

During the contact, the probation officer discovered methamphetamine, a legend drug with no prescription, and paraphernalia, and turned it over to the Idaho County deputy on scene.

66-year-old Robert Agee was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of a legend drug without a prescription, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
