
Jorge Polanco homered twice and drove in two and Julio Rodriguez hit a go-ahead double late and the Seattle Mariners beat the Detroit Tigers 3-2 last (Sun) night at T-Mobile Park in Game Two of the American League Divisional Series.
Matt Brash got the win. The M’s right-hander allowed 2 runs on one hit with 3 strikeouts in an inning of relief and closer Andres Munoz earned the save with a no-hit 9th inning.
The series is now tied at one game apiece and shifts to Detroit for games 3 and 4 tomorrow (Tue) and Wednesday.
