Cleanup Day is coming Clearwater County. This Saturday the county is offering free use at the transfer stations for county residents only. It runs from 8am – 4pm.
You’re allowed to drop off 4 tires. After that, it’s $2.50 without a rim and $5.00 with a rim. They’ll take two freon appliances, metal, wood and brush cut into 4-foot lengths, paint, and more. They’re not taking cement or concrete, hazardous waste like anti-freeze and old gas, and stumps.
They expect to be very busy, so they ask that if you go, be prepared to slow down, wait your turn, and follow the attendant’s instructions.
