The Idaho Transportation Department was one of several state agencies that experienced a statewide network slowdown yesterday (Tue). According to a news release from ITD, the issue impacted online services and certain transactions across multiple government platforms.
While experiencing technical issues, many customers were unable to access ITD’s online services, including registration renewals and business account management, or complete driver’s license, title, or vehicle registration transactions at county DMV offices.
The agency reports the issues have been addressed and all services are back up and running.
