The state of Idaho requires operators under the age of 16 to attend an off-highway vehicle safety class for operation on U.S. Forest Service roads.
Idaho Parks and Recreation, in conjunction with the Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office, will be offering a free Off-Highway Vehicle Safety Class to meet the requirement. The class will be held Sunday, September 21st at Hells Gate State Park south of Lewiston.
Pre-registration for the class is required and can be done online at reced.idaho.gov.
