A Moscow family was able to escape following a fire early yesterday (Sun) morning.
Crews from the Moscow Fire Department responded to the blaze at around 2:30 a.m. on the 1700 block of Appaloosa Road. Firemen were able to extinguish the fire and prevent it from spreading to nearby homes – though one home did suffer some exterior damage.
The home was deemed unsafe and the American Red Cross is assisting the family of five.
There were no injuries reported and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
