
A Spokane man will spend the next 20 years in prison for supplying illegal drugs to to dealers in the Clarkston area.
A release from the U.S. Attorney’s office says 40-year-old Charles Michael McClain was convicted and now sentenced to spend two decades behind bars for supplying fentanyl pills, fentanyl powder, and methamphetamine to local dealers.
On May 6th last year (2024), agents searched his apartment in Spokane and found the drugs, paraphernaila, and a firearm along with $18,000. The release says he told agents he bought about 10,000 fentanyl pills and 10 ounces of fentanyl powder every month for about a year. He said the money they found was to make another purchase.
McClain had been convicted in Washington previously for Delivery of a Controlled Substance. He was sentence to 7 years for that crime.
McClain was taken down by the Quad Cities Drug Task Force and The FBI.
