Road construction is planned in Asotin beginning today (Wed) and motorists can expect delays.
According to a news release from the Asotin Police Department, construction will commence on 1st Street and Highway 129, between Cleveland Street and Washington Street.
During this period, the section of the road will be reduced to a single lane, and drivers can expect delays. Construction is scheduled to continue through August 29th.
Officials strongly encourage drivers to plan alternative routes and stay clear of the area until the construction is completed to ensure safety for both motorists and construction crews.
