The Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office was sent to investigate the possible kidnapping of a 10-year-old boy yesterday (Sunday). He was allegedly taken from his mother’s residence in the Weippe area. A release from the Sheriff’s Office says the call that came in reported that two family members had taken him.
The release goes on to say that the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office advised they were meeting with the family members and juvenile child at a local park. The boy was later returned to the mother. The Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigate.
