The storm last night knocked out power and damaged power poles in the Lowell and Selway River area. Idaho County Light & Power is working to bring power back on line, but the poles have to be replaced. ICL&P says they’re in “extremely difficult terrain.” A helicopter is assiting in the repairs.
They’re hoping to have power restored by 6:00 this evening.
