
The American Automobile Association is predicting a record number of travelers over the Independence Day Holiday.
Matthew Conde with AAA-Idaho says those who are planning to travel should expect crowded roadways and airports.
Conde also offers a few travel tips for those planning to get away.
According to AAA, this year’s top 4th of July destinations include: the Anaheim/Los Angeles area; Las Vegas; Yellowstone National Park; Hawaii; and Denver.
Regionally, the Oregon Coast, Salt Lake City and Seattle are listed among the northwest’s favorite Independence Day destinations.
