Just one more day until the Asotin County Family Aquatic Center opens the outdoor waterpark. Chairs are lined up, tubes are stacked, and the water is flowing through the lazy river as last-minute checks were completed today.
Starting at noon, kids and adults will be allowed into the wave pool, down the slides, and around the river.
If you expect the kids to go often this summer, you might look into a youth season pass. It’s just $34.99 for Asotin County residents and 49.99 for everybody else. That’s for kids 6 to 17 years old.
Staff at the Aquatic Center say they expect to have a healthy turnout tomorrow for opening day.
