Back on May 23rd, Orofino police sent out a warning about a man impersonating a peace officer while driving a tan sedan. This morning he was taken into custody. OPD investigators were able to identify 48-year-old TJ Flinn, of Orofino as that man. He is charged with Impersonating a Peace Officer and Disturbing the Peace.
When the original warning went out, the OPD warned people to not pull over if they encountered that vehicle.
