If your son or daughter needs a sports physical, you can get one for free. TriState Health has their annual annual clinic coming up Tuesday. It runs from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at TriState Family Practice on Highland Avenue.
You don’t need to make an appointment and it’s open to any student who needs a sports physical.
If you’re going they want to make sure you bring the required physical form from school. Students under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
