Nez Perce Tribal Police are looking for Louis Harris. He went missing Saturday. He’s 5’8” tall, weighs 174 lbs, has dark brown hair and brown eyes and a scar on his right hand.
He was last seen in a 2000 Red Chevy S-10 pickup on Lapwai Road Saturday.
