This coming weekend is National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Weekend, and Washington Governor Bob Ferguson has directed all state agencies to lower flags to half-staff. State and U.S. flags will come down to honor those firefighters who gave all protecting their communities.
Flags should be lowered at close of business Friday (May 2nd), and stay that way until close of business or sunset on Sunday (May 4th).
