Ryan Bliss homered and drove in two and Jorge Polanco doubled and plated two more runs as the Seattle Mariners topped the Houston Astros 4-3 last (Mon) night at T-Mobile Park.
On the mound, M’s starter Logan Gilbert pitched well again but didn’t get a decision. The righthander allowed one run on one hit with 7 strikeouts over 5 2/3 innings. Gregory Santos picked up his first win of the season with an inning of relief and closer Andres Munoz pitched the 9thh to earn his 4th save of the year.
