The woman accused of being a part of her ex-husband’s death nearly three years ago, has pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter.
83-year-old Kay Morrison agreed to a Rule 11 plea agreement in the death of 87-year-old Kenneth Morrison.
Kay Morrison, along with her daughter, Kimberly Morrison, were charged in the death of Kenneth Morrison, and his body was burned in January 2022 at their home in Lewiston. Kenneth Morrison was Kimberly Morrison’s father.
According to the plea agreement, Kay Morrison will plead guilty to voluntary manslaughter, a felony, with a maximum penalty of 15 years as well as a $15,000 fine.
