The 2024 General Election is being conducted across the country today (Tue).

In Idaho polls are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and same day registration is available at the polls for those who have either not registered or need to change their registration. In order to do so, residents will need to bring a current photo I.D. along with proof of residence. Student ID’s are no longer accepted for voting purposes.

In Washington, mail-in ballots must be post-marked by today in order to be counted. In-person registration is available at county elections offices and voting centers until 8 p.m. tonight (Tue). Washington voters have until 8 p.m. tonight to place their ballot in one of more than 540 official drop boxes statewide. Drop box and voting center locations are listed on the Office of the Secretary of State elections website or on VoteWA.gov, Washington’s online voter portal.

Locally, ballot drop boxes are located at the Asotin County Courthouse, Clarkston City Hall and Lincoln Middle School in Clarkston.
