The Lewiston High School football team opens Inland Empire League play on the road Friday when the Bengals take on Sandpoint.
LHS is 3-3 on the year after shutting out Hemiston 48-0 last weekend in the final varsity football game at Bengal Field. The Bulldogs are 3-4 after falling to Lake City last Friday, and have lost three straight games.
Kick-off from War Memorial Field in Sandpoint is set for 7 p.m. with pre-game coverage beginning at 6:35 in the LC Valley on The River 105.1 FM and streaming free online here.
