Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Information on Gun Club Road Accident

The Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information regarding a property damage crash that occurred on Gun Club Road near Choke Cherry Lane yesterday (Wed) afternoon.

According to a news release, just after 5 p.m., deputies responded to the area for a reported crash and found that power lines had been knocked down. It is believed that a vehicle with a tall load had accidentally hooked and pulled power lines down across the road that blocked traffic for a short time. It is also believed that the driver of the vehicle was unaware that the lines were pulled down.

The Sheriff’s Office is seeking any information to help identify the vehicle and driver that struck the power lines. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the sheriff’s office at 208 799-3132.
