Seattle Mariner starting pitcher Logan Gilbert has been named an All-Star for the first time in his Major League career.
In 18 starts this season, the 27-year-old the right-hander has posted a 2.91 ERA in 117.2 innings pitched with 24 walks and 108 strikeouts.
The 94th MLB All-Star Game is set to take place at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas on Tuesday, July 16.
