CLEARWATER COUNTY, ID—A fire that started on private property on Neff Road southeast of Orofino on Wednesday was contained to three acres, according to Kelly Haukedahl, Clearwater-Potlatch Timber Protective Association. Window on the Clearwater reports the fire is in the mop-up stage, and the cause remains under investigation. Haukedahl says no structures were damaged, and no injuries were reported.
Upper Fords Creek Fire, Orofino Fire, and the Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office responded and assisted.
