Despite an NAIA World Series that won’t include the hometown Lewis-Clark State baseball team, organizers are encouraged by the numbers they’re seeing in terms of ticket sales.
LC State Athletic Director Brooke Henze says, while many local fans have been worried, she’s not concerned about that aspect of the tournament.
Generally speaking, not many visiting teams purchase large numbers of tickets, and Henze says it was pleasant surprise.
