Approximately 605 Avista electric customers in Bovill, Elk River, Helmer and the surrounding area will experience a planned power outage on Thursday.
The planned outage will start at 10:00 p.m. Wednesday and end at 4:00 a.m. Thursday. Impacted customers will be notified.
No road closures are expected during the outage.
According to a press release, Avista crews will be replacing power poles in the area to enhance infrastructure and increase safety and reliability of its system.
