Carlos Correa homered and Willi Castro had two hits and drove in two runs in leading the Minnesota Twins o a 6-3 win over the Seattle Mariners last (Wed) night in Minneapolis.
Mitch Garver hit his 4th homerun and Cal Raleigh had a two-run double for the Mariners.
On the mound, George Kirby took the loss. The Seattle righthander allowed 4 runs on 4 hits with 4 strikeouts over 5 innings.
The Mariners will look for a split of the four-game series this (Thur) morning. The first pitch is set for 10:10 a.m. from Target Field with live coverage in the LC Valley on 95.5 FM and AM 950 KOZE and in the upper Clearwater Valley on AM 1300 KLER.
