A homeless man has been arrested for an alleged rape at Foster Park in Clarkston.
55-year-old Danny Matheny was taken into custody Thursday by Clarkston police and booked into the Asotin County Jail on pending charges of second- and third-degree rape.
According to the probable cause affidavit, Matheny, who is a registered sex offender, allegedly raped a woman he was acquainted with in a tent at the park where he’s been living.
Matheny is scheduled to be arraigned in Asotin County Superior Court.
