A man was arrested in Latah County after authorities determined he was driving a stolen vehicle.
On Tuesday at 6:10 pm, two Latah County Deputies made contact with a man driving a Chevy Aveo on State Highway 99, south of Troy. The driver and the vehicle were called into the Sheriff’s Office by a concerned citizen who described the man’s behavior as suspicious. Through their investigation, they determine the vehicle had been reported stolen and the driver had suspended driving privileges.
The suspect, Daniel Lagmay was arrested and booked into the Latah County Jail for Grand Theft by Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving without Privileges.
