Caravan for Disability Freedom to arrive in Lapwai Today

Lapwai will be one of the stops on the route of the Caravan for Disability Freedom and Justice.  A collective of people with disabilities, their allies, are driving throughout the United States, visiting various cities.  It is scheduled to be in Lapwai at 11:00 am today (Mon) before moving on to Moscow.

Mark Leeper, Executive Director of DAC NW is driving the vehicle from Sacramento, California to our area, before handing it off to a group in Helena, Montana.

The public is welcome to stop by 11:00 am today (Mon) at the Pi-Nee-Waus, 504 N. Main St. in Lapwai.
