A Riggins man will serve at least 10 years in prison for felony lewd conduct with a child under the age of 16.
According to the Lewiston Tribune, 2nd District Judge Adam Green sentenced 33-year-old Brett Cereghino to 10 years determinate and 10 years indeterminate for having inappropriate sexual contact with a minor child. Cereghino was also fined $545.50.
He was arrested in May and pleaded guilty to the charges in November.
