Myles Rice scored 25 points, Isaac Jones added 21 points and nine rebounds, and Washington State beat California 84-65 for its sixth straight win last (Thur) night, moving within a half-game of first-place Arizona in the Pac-12.
With the win the Cougs improve to 19-6 overall and 10-4 in league play.
The Wazzu men look to extend their winning streak to 7 straight when they host Stanford tomorrow (Sat) afternoon. Tip-off is scheduled for 3 p.m. at Friel Court in Pullman.
