PULLMAN, WA – 5 Star Sports of Pullman is hosting a sports card show and a Rueben Mayes autograph signing tomorrow. The show runs from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Courtyard by Marriott Pullman and the autograph session with the former Washington State University and NFL running back will occur between 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
All autograph proceeds will be donated to the Regional High School Athletic Training Program which provides athletic training services to small and rural high schools in the Pullman area, according to organizer John Elbracht.
Mayes, who won the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Award in 1986, says this training program is very beneficial to the schools the program serves, including Colton, Garfield-Palouse, Potlatch, and Pullman.
