WHITE BIRD, ID – A 46-year-old White Bird man who allegedly vandalized a retaining wall with a mini excavator has been arrested. According to a press release from the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office, they were advised of a vandalism that had occurred on Tuesday in White Bird.
“An Idaho County Deputy responded and observed extensive damage to a rock retaining wall. There were track marks in the ground leading back to a mini excavator,” the sheriff’s office says.
Deputies located and arrested Kelly VanOstrand for Felony Malicious Injury to Property.
