Isaac Jones recorded a double-double with game-highs of 26 points and 11 rebounds in leading the Washington State University men’s basketball team to a 72-64 win over Southern California last (Wed) night in Los Angeles.
Jaylen Wells added 17 points for the Cougars who improve to 11-5 overall and 2-3 in the Pac-12.
It was the first road win for the Cougs over the Trojans since 2015.
Wazzu returns home to host 8th ranked Arizona Saturday afternoon in Pullman. Tip-off is scheduled for 3 p.m. at Friel Court inside the Beasley Coliseum.
