LC State is looking for their next Director of Student Employment. Salary and rank is based on experience and qualifications. The starting wage is $60,000 – $63,000.
A Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university is required. Along with Experience providing formal academic and career guidance. Experience in program planning and project development.
Minimum of 3 years of managing budgets.
Strong presentation, interpersonal, and general communication skills.
3-5 years of progressive administrative experience in higher education with supervisory responsibilities or equivalent experience in private industry.
