
A 32-year-old White Bird man was arrested yesterday (Sun) after he allegedly assaulted another person.
According to the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office, dispatchers received a call at around 9:00 a.m. for a report of a domestic dispute that had occurred in the White Bird area. The victim was being treated at Syringa Hospital in Grangeville.
According to a press release, deputies responded to the hospital and spoke with the victim before traveling to White Bird to speak with another victim. The deputies then contacted the suspect, and after speaking with him, he was taken into custody.
Thomas Latimer was arrested for felony domestic battery, felony aggravated assault, and felony possession of methamphetamine.
