LEWISTON, ID – The Lewiston-Nez Perce County Regional Airport will reinstate service to the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport beginning October 9th. Delta Airlines will introduce daily flights to the market; those flights will complement the company’s existing daily service to Salt Lake City.

An early morning flight is planned to depart from Lewiston at 7:00 a.m. and arrive at Sea-Tac at 8:32 a.m. The return flight from Seattle to Lewiston will depart at 7:45 p.m. and arrive in the L-C Valley at 9:00 p.m.

The flights will operate on an Embraer 175 aircraft, just as the Salt Lake City flights do. There are 12 First Class seats, 20 Delta Comfort+ seats, and 38 seats in the main cabin.

The new flights will be operated under contract with SkyWest Airlines.

Additionally, the Lewiston-Nez Perce County Regional Airport offers free transportation to the airport from Washington State University and the University of Idaho several times per day. It can be booked online, connecting to the new flights at https://lewistonnezperceregionalairport.schedulista.com/

“We are delighted to be able to offer nonstop service to Seattle again, according to Airport Board Chairman Gary Peters. “The flights are timed perfectly for “Day Trippers” whether for shopping, medical care or business. And there could not be a better schedule for connections in both directions.”

“Communities of all sizes seek access to air service as a driver for attracting investment, spurring employment, and providing mobility for citizens. Together with our existing flights, we feel the new service will provide generational benefits,” Peter says. “We are thankful and honored to have a high-quality network airline such as Delta Air Lines show a vote of confidence in our community.”
